There is a much easier and standards compliant way to test Category 6A patch cords. snap a set of DTX-PC6AS patch cord adapters onto the DTX main and remote, choose the correct test limit, and cable type (shielded or unshielded) and press test.

PLEASE!!! Where is the alien crosstalk test? I can use a cat 6 cable and it will pass easily.

alien crosstalk ? do know what your talking about, you test alien crosstalk when there is a bundle cable not one patchcable.

@Drinnez Channel Testing not using the alien cross talk module, by a single cable is easy to pass... try using a normal FTP cat 6 and do the test and the chances are you will pass the test too... The point of Cat 6A is about 10Gb transmission and the new parameters of alien cross talk.. this patchcord test doesnt prove anything...
