Love how everyone disregards that the Apache flies further (the Apache has a 260 nmi combat radius vs the Viper's 125 ), has more power (the 64D Block III T700-701D cranks out 2,000 shp with each engine vs the Viper's T700-401C with 1,800 each), and can hit harder then the Viper. (Similar payload as both helo's can carry the same ordnance, except for the gun with the Apache's M230 30mm with 1,200 rouns vs the Viper's M197 20mm with 750)
@ISAFSoldier We all know the Apache is better technically~ we just love the Viper. Based off the SuperCobra design. It's like telling us a Ferrari is better than a Mustang, well sure~ whatever, numbers aren't everything. Some people just have a favorite. :)
