Amy I still watch this video 4 yrs later. Im a freshman in college and this summer I decided to finally loose weight. I lost alot & am happier but even though I'm thinner, I think I'll always be a fat girl on the inside. And I LOVE that because I think its important to remember where I came from. I will always remember watching this video 200lb+ & crying & being so happy that you gave me confidence. I love your videos. I've always been beautiful & Ive just now realized it.

i love that comment tent like formation clothes i am fat and proud and wear a lot of those types of clothes, i learned to ignore things people say to me a long time ago, cause if u let it get to you it can destroy you, iam in the pit quite a lot for many reasons and isolating myself can make it difficult, so i talk to my friends to help me feel a bit better.

Then again I live in a small town in northern california where being overweight is simply not acceptable or attractive because all the other girls my age are skinny so why should we all be built that way huh? I think there should be as are medical guidlines for healthy weights. It is a medical fact that overweight persons are at higher risks for type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, heart disease and premature death.

Only in 1st world countries is obesity a "disease" in 3rd world countries only the rich can afford to be obese. 3/4 of the worlds pop don't get enough to eat every day. Which is sad seeing as farmers world wide produce enough food for everyone to have 3000 calories a day worldwide.
