@JRxTech to restart it, goto the taskmanager(ctrl+alt+del) and stop the desktop icon toy process, and click on the desktop icon to start it up. then it should have restarted

hey i have a problem with this the serial and name works like a charm but when i select a layout.For eg: When i selech heart it makes a heart but after 1 second every icon goes here and there in the screen and PISSES of the screen so Pl Reply. -_-
