There is a speech software program they use that takes the text thats on the screen and it translates it to speech so she hears what is being written. It's called a screen reader. and just like everyone else she memorized where the keys are on the keyboard.
@xSparkleProductions I think blind people have special keyboards with those Braille signs on it. And there might also be a special programm which recognizes the voice and you can just say your instructions.
Actually I like to listen to Shays voice a lot, sometimes I don't even watch, I just listen. And why not "watching" videos when you're blind? Actually there's no reason why she shouldn't... Of course pictures make a difference but they're not everything.. :-)
