  • Thank you for the vid. I would suggest recording from the left instead of the right side of you because all your activity of loading - all I see is the back of your right hand so I can't see any detail. I get it because I've seen speed loaders in action before but for noobs it would be handy to see the details. Thanks.

  • You can't see the reloading the cylinder as you do it, but you either need to learn how to use the level 3, or you have the wrong weapon/loader. You shouldn't be worrying over full wadcutters and semiwadcutters, as the exercise you are discussing is for self defense, and those rounds would have the nose of the bullet portruding past the case. These level 3 loaders have a lot of bulk carrying, much more than the level 2, another reason why professionals carry level 2's.

  • There are three levels of speed loaders: Level 1, which is the HKS twist and no spring power to load. Level 2. is by Safariland, and offers some assist as you hold the plastic body of it and with spring tension, it pushes the rounds in fast. This is the most common carried by Law Enforcement and those armed with duty belts and pouches for them, as they are not bulky and easier to have an accidental discharge of the "jet loader." Level 3 is ythe jet loader which competition shooters use.

  • how about full moon clips?

  • @headhunter1286 I do like moon clips...

  • hey, Voodoo do you know where i can buy a jet loader for my 686? i want to get one

  • @StacFilmations I think Midway has them but if not they are not hard to find online...

  • @MadBadVoodo thank you

  • is that Guy Fieri??

  • @jhooligan11

    Nope, Chuck Testa

  • Comment removed

  • It's a Safariland loading tray along with Safariland speedloaders...

  • Speed loader tray is my guess...

  • great video my question is where did you get that tray with the bullets in in and speed loaders i need one of those

  • @ThisPoohWorks I have had it for so long I can't tell you but I think it was a gun show or match...

  • @MadBadVoodo thanks in your mind what would you call it "speed loader set up station" so i can google it thanks and keep up the great videos

  • @MadBadVoodo i found them brownells sells them from safari land range speed loader blocks i just ordered ever caliber i can thanks fo rthe inspiration

  • @ThisPoohWorks COOL!

  • what kind of knifes do u have wraped up

  • That's a nice looking pistol you have there my friend.

  • lol...you say the "jet" loader is faster than the speedloader, but it sure looks like you have a harder and longer time using the jetloader. I'll take a speedloader every time.

  • OMG!!! is that a frag greanade on your desk?

  • @rocajizu What greanade? :)

  • @MadBadVoodo haahaha he means the granade that is appeard to the left side where u got all the bullets, under the sub button ^^.

  • Wait is this a real gun? I have a airsoft gun that also looks exactly like this..

  • @MrRabidCat Did you view this video???

  • @MadBadVoodo uh well...

  • You sir, have an awesome laugh.

  • Jetloader is a brand name of speedloader. It isnt a type. If yours are Safariland they are all speedloaders just different models. Whether spring loaded or gravity assist, they are all speedloaders.

  • Nice review, has cleared a couple of things up for me.

  • Here is a little trick to get Comp III Speedloaders (jetloaders) to release easier. As you are pushing on the speedloader, apply a little force in the opposite direction on the ejector rod. This will get the speedloader to release a lot easier.

Also the safariland holder that you demonstrate is designed to hold Comp IIIs. You just need to seat them a little firmer.

  • i think moon clips are my fav

  • Whilst the comentary might be educational, it would have been good to put the bloody camera on your left side, as we saw bugger all of any use.

  • @davetherave7 Yep I need 2 do this video over...

  • @MadBadVoodo Do that and another thing, shorten the clip a tad, as I started to lose the will to live at about three minutes!!!!doing this would make the clip much more informative and add interest if you can actually see the items in operation and in a shorter time. Just one other thing, where the hell do you live, that you require all that stashed ammo, Kabul?

  • I though speed loader was usually an umbrella term to refer to any none clip type device that aids the reloading process for firearms (especially revolvers and break-action shotguns), though this is a great demonstration of spring-loaded and gravity powered loaders.

  • Thanks for the nice vid, might try the 5 star brand speed loaders, they are so much better than the HKS and could make the jet loaders not necessary. I have guns not as big as the jet loader and I don't like he results of pushing the rounds in.

  • speed loader. Smaller and easier not droping the bullets when reloading.

  • love the video but couldnt see shit

  • @oceanmaster7 Yep I need to do this video over... It has been on my list of things 2 do!! LOL!!

  • When your watching this press the "cc" button and click on Transcript Audio. Its epic

  • I noticed that a shell would occasionally hang up on the grip, any issue with empties?

  • Do you have to use a loading block to load a jet loader or can you do it my hand?

  • @Kealbe01 You can do it by hand...

  • @MadBadVoodo OK where did you get the tray?? and what is the right name for it??? Thanksss

  • would you recommend a "6" or a "4" inch barrel for competition shooting?

  • @M1st3rZ1pp0 6 inch

  • @M1st3rZ1pp0 what about for a duty pistol/ carry

  • i would prefer a speed loader, since they are smaller.

  • Can you use moon clips for that model of revolver?

  • @pyrocoyote1 Yes...

  • where can i buy a jet loader

  • @xxNuMb3r1GaM3Rxx Any gun show wil have them or you can find them on the web...

  • In the comments section: Anti-gun advocates.

Get a bit of reality that guns aren't evil. Gangbangers, drug dealers and insane people are the ones who kill.

  • Can any one tell me what type of bullet is the on he showed with the flat top?

  • very nice and informative

  • he has a speed tray loader...for jet loader and speed loader.....wait...have i just created that??

  • I liked the vid, but it would've been helpful to see you speed-load from the side, not with your hand in the way.

    Thanks for producing it.

  • nice vid man fuck all the idiots. it must be quite a 357 mag that can travel 500m....

  • Also you are teaching terrorist to act

  • Becouse ppl like you my brother got killed by a missed bullet, he was playing baskettball 500m away from the shoot

  • Speed loader ou Jet loader? Realmente a Internet tem tudo p/ quem procura fazer um curso rápido sobre armas. confesso não conhecia esses dispositivos...

  • Not much difference between the devices... Killing gets easier with both...

  • 686 ..ultimate classic

  • Cartridges!

  • and..........

  • Gotta love those Safarilands comp III"s

  • What was the name of the hip thing that holds the loaded speedloaders?

  • Thanks, nice review. I have wondered about the difference and you explained and showed it well.

  • nice revolver what make and caliber is it?

  • @blueeyesseto S&W 686 .357 mag

  • nice vid never used a jet loader before. I have however used moon clips and i've seen guys load damn quick with those. I'm still practising. Whats your take on moon clips vs speed loaders of either type?

  • good video. good information. thanx.

  • mkay

  • I learned that the spring assisted loader is a jet loader. When I asked at the gun show for speed loaders, I was presented with the Safari Land spring loaded version. I did not know it was called a jet loader .

I started out with HKS Speed loaders for my SP101. I could not find any Jet loaders for it at the time. I use Jet loaders for my GP100.

  • Jet loader!!!

  • what kind of gun is that and do you prefer revolvers or semi auto i prefer revolvers because its harder to pull the trigger meaning i can drop it and it wont go off

  • i just bought my first revolver 2 days ago and a speed loader from ebay last night. i have been shooting for YEARS but have never liked revolvers. long story short, i got my 357 S&W 65 from a retired border patrol agent for $150! and its brand new.

very good vid. i did not even know jet loaders existed. BTW, where did you get the 14 loader holder on your table?

  • Cool vid man. 5 stars.(don't bother the stupid commennts)

  • Man the comments are worth watching the video HAHA

  • Hum, I wonder why people are hitting this video so hard. I do not get it. It was just a simple demonstation of a speed loader and jet loader.

  • @Jesses001 Thats YouTube 4 you!! I have a few videos with over 60k views and I think those videos suck! LOL!!

  • @MadBadVoodo i call my airsoft metal bb magnum PRECIOUS

but it still needs to arrive

  • @Jesses001 4000 views isn't that many.

  • LOL underfire

  • What do you need a gun for again?

  • @IdeasExist insecurity

  • @IdeasExist overcompensation

  • I gotta get some jet loaders.

  • Should have actually shown the process to the camera, instead of just the back of your hand so we could see you loading it and how it goes in, otherwise it's kinda pointless to show it.

  • @Opalance This isn't a video for idiot video gamers to learn how to load a revolver. If you don't know that much why are you watching a video comparing speed loaders to jet loaders... idiot.

  • @WALL45tech The whole video is about how easily and cleanly the two work, without showing how they work, kinda pointless. I grew up shooting, shot rifles, revolvers, shotguns, blackpowder rifles and pistols, etc. I have several good friends who are in law enforcement and always showing off their latest guns, many of them revolvers. I know guns, but if you dont show anything on the video that actually shows how they work...kinda a pointless video, better to just write it out in a review.

  • @Opalance Okay.

  • Money love

  • very cool video,, thanks a lot!!

  • if ur under fire,,,get a different gun and u wouldnt ahve to worry about this now.

  • wut kind of flip camera do u have??

  • do you have a frag grenade on your desk?

  • @redhairmarimo Yes, obviously it's been demilitarized. Meaning they took the explosives out of it.

  • The speed loader is probably easier to carry and secure. Many speed loader "holsters" have straps to contain them and mount upside down on your belt so they just drop out easily. The Jets take up too much room for my belt overhang and are uncomfortable.

  • Used the speed loader in the past, but never the jet loader. Nice to see a good comparison.

  • Excellent!

    5 stars & ML!

  • GREAT REVIEW, 5/5 i perfer speed loaders.

  • Money love

  • Ya know, for me personally its just cheaper to load 6 rounds.....and close the cylinder....haha but hey thats just me. Cool vid though

  • ...ah, there's the $♥

    5 Jet Loaders

  • is that a jet loader in your pants or are you just happy to see me

  • Nice seeing that man sized revolver, God help the guy that ever looks down the business end of that piece.

  • so you mean you could drop your load with a jet loader........get it......HA HA HA. Great video, especially for the IDPA crowd.

  • For some reason that was quite interesting.

  • hey old man, missed the whole there? lol....just playing, nice video and absolutely great looking gun

  • Nice video! Bitchin' Smith you have there.

  • i like moonclips...

  • I prefer speed loaders.

  • loading under BEAR.

  • Another good video.

  • Great vid, love the 686!!

  • Revolvers are the King! Great vid my friend Loved the blooper!

  • Just have 5 guns on you fully loaded.

    Money love a few times.

    Great Vid.

  • wow i like the jet loader + its bigger and has more grip

  • lots of ML for the madbadvoodo!! thumbs up

I have shot some ISPC matches with guys running revolvers that were faster shooting 25-30+ rounds than I am with my glock 19 running 10rds in my mags. The first time I whitnessed how fast you could be with practice, my jaw dropped.

  • great comparison video. I have a speed loader for my taurus .38 and i might look into the jet loader to try out the difference.

  • this guy must be afraid of his own shadow, reading the description. Jesus.

  • @pedrothemarine Paranoia's a bitch...

  • Great video I also keep a few speed loaders in my truck for my security six

  • great vid

  • awesome

    5 stars :)

  • Interesting. I haven't seen one of those jet loaders before. Not much use for me either way, sadly, as my S&W 626 .45 used moonclips.

  • Hi great Video mate, just an observation that speed loader belt carrier looks a little bulky, can you guys run, clime over walls and such freely without losing any of the speed loaders or Jet loaders? Take care and stay safe mate

  • @pik93 Why run when you can just shoot the BG?

  • @zzedfg I see your point mate :D Take care and stay save

  • Good video, I have 8 of the speed loaders for a S & W revolver I have.

  • Sweet 686 its on my short list

  • Never used one... Never competed either though... I think I would prolly like the speed loader the best because of the size.... Will have to try both though.

    ML.... (money love)

  • Good vid....good tip's/advice in the info box..didn't know there was a jet loader:))

  • Always wondered about speed loaders. Never heard of jet loaders, though.....

  • I've used a Speed Loader for my Super Redhawk, but haven't had a chance to try our the Jet Loader. Like the concept, although it looks mor cumbersum. I REALLY like that tray you have that sets up the rounds for loading Speed / Jet loaders. I deserves it's own review!

  • Good video, I would say speed loaders are faster.

  • Great video . Make sure you test you loaders if you change your grips ,they may not fit or work .

  • i gotta have one of those trays , who makes it

  • i gotta have one of those trays , who makes it

  • Great vid, I never knew shit about speed/jet loaders. Now I do! So, I'm going to celebrate by getting drunk.

  • I likey,,, very nice sir!

  • i've seen the speed loaders before, but i've never seen the jet loader

  • MBV! What revolver is that? Its gorgeous.

  • @cptjack80 Smith and Wesson 686.

  • @NPSurvival thanks man!

  • very cool tutorial!!!! I like the tips ya give in the description as well!!

    rock on-space

  • I've never saw a jet loader, really cool. Of course, Like and $ luv!!!

  • Money Love!

  • ahh, there is is. I feel like if I see any more of the buick I'im going to become one. lol

  • Very interesting.....but I'll stick to my auto pistols.

  • @venturahwy76 I agree, I may get a revolver just for fun but it seems so sloppy compared to 13 rounds in a mag that you can drop replace and release the slide in the time it takes to open up the revolver and drop the casings.

  • LOL. Loved when u made ur mistake when loading. At least u show your human like everyone else. But the video was well informative. Loved it

    jeff

  • FAIL @ 3:03

  • Jet loader is too big to carry and better go with semi auto pistol

  • Cool video, unable to partake in $love... where's the ads?

  • I found the tray most interesting. great view.

  • 5*****

  • I dig that cartridge tray

  • T*up. No adsense on this one yet?

  • never seen a jet loader before

  • Great video MBV! Can you get Jet Loaders in .454 Casull???

  • i dont wanna piss you off now

  • That was a great overview. I don't believe I have ever seen the two reviewed before on Youtube. I use speed loaders exclusively, they are easier to carry for my needs. But it was cool to see them side by side and get your view on it.

  • I had no idea these even existed.

  • moon clips are more superior than either. they are simper and easier to use since the moonclip inserts into the cylinder

  • great vid

    what about de moonclips?

    sorry for the bad english

  • great vid hunter how do you feel about the moon clips for revolvers

  • 10 stars..

  • Very cool! Where did you pick up that tray?

  • thumbs up
