those cameras r used to look at private parts. if not yet they will. B4 y know it they will scan your brain and then you get arrested for thought crime. UC I never knew it myself, until Big Brother informed me, that I was indeed an agent of Goldstein. But now I am once again a proud productive party member. A bunch of LED's affixed to your car's license plate frame should blind the cameras. Maybe a few on the visors to protect the inhabitants privacy. Don't we have the right to privacy in our homes and in our persons?
at 3:08, thanks for reading us the license plate number. I dont know what im spose to do with it but thanks. lame video, i bet you video the city workers leaning on shovels to.
The war on drugs is a scam. The CIA imports drugs, shake down drug cartels for a cut and force them to launder money through their banks.
Prisons are filled with non-violent drug offenders only to support the prison industry.
Legalizing drugs will make violence and crime rates will plummet.
Obama sold 30,000 assault rifles and rocket launchers to Mexican drug cartels. Super Congress will ban guns, use 300,000 foreign troops already here to take them. Then the NWO Mexicans will attack the USA
so the camera banks are un-manned, i assume? Or does some bureaucrat come around and pick up the film every so often or is the footage electronically transmitted to some government bunker?
Not to change the subject but does anyone else see the big chemtrail as he's looking at all those cameras on the side of the highway? I wonder if the sheeple have been asleep too long? Ya think it's too late? It's sad. Time to get mad and shout it out your window! I'm mad as hell!!!
Ok well all that kit sure looks expensive. So heres my suggestion. Get an off road vehicle (with false plates) turn off about a mile up the road come up behind and park. wear a high viz jacket and look like a technitions and take down the whole lot straight into the back of the van. also hook up the generator trailer. Turn it off last as thier might be an alarm. then drive away. Sit on it for a year them gradually put it all on ebay. job done
This is another subject that you and I are going to agree upon 100% Mr. Bressi. I despise the use of the cameras to monitor traffic. Now the checkpoints are going too far. It's another episode of giving them an inch, now they're taking a mile and it needs to be stopped. I've written formal complaints, but I doubt that it will do any good. Governmental monitoring of the people this way is wrong no matter how they try to dress it up. If there is anything I can do to help, message me please.
I just visited Arizona last weekend... when I passed through this area on Sunday the whole setup was gone from AZ 86 and instead installed on Indian Route 19 near Topawa, but on Monday everything was moved from 19 back to 86 near the checkpoint (assuming it was the same bank of cameras).
ATTENTION- New drive by bowling ball disposal. Just drive west bound on SR86, when you see the cameras, aim ball and chuck. Homeland security will pick them up and remove them to the disposal grounds, later. (its really all that Homeland security is good for.)
I've seen camera configurations like that before in the UK. They are almost certainly being used for automated facial recognition purposes. CMOS CCD chips in nearly every electronic camera nowadays have facial recognition capabilities hardwired in.
Why are you reporting about police behavior on an Indian reservation? That only applies on that reservation, & you don't have to go on it. Indeed. they don't have to let you to go on their land, which is semi-sovereign. That's like driving into Mexico, & then complaining about abusive laws there, when you never had to go there in the first place. Anyway, any bad law or bad behavior by authorities on I.Rs is their business, & therefore is not comparable the same, by fed., state, county or city
@AhuitzotlTlazohtla Otherwise I appreciate what you do. Also, don't report wrong-doing cops to cops. Report them to a court. In other words, sue them. Then sue the other cops who wouldn't enforce the law on them.
SR86 is a state highway that runs through the Tohono O'odham Nation AhuitzotlTlazohtla. The tribe granted the state an easement for the highway. Further, I do have to enter the reservation via SR86 because one of my worksites is located on leased tribal land. Finally, the tribe does not have the authority to prevent individuals from utilizing a state highway running through tribal land. The 9th circuit ruled on that issue in 2009. How do I know? Because it was my lawsuit that forced the issue.
@CheckpointUSA I guess you covered that issue, well, but something just doesn't seem right about the State-Tribal deal. Could the tribe intervene on state behavior, on that road, on their land, if that behavior is not strictly necessary for the proper transportation use of that road, by the public, if the tribe didn't like that state behavior? In other words, did the tribe give the state all-encompassing, sovereign-like authority in the easement, rather than just traffic law authority?
If you're interested AhuitzotlTlazohtla, I recommend checking out my website & navigating to the 'TOPD Roadblock Lawsuit' page. The 9th circuit ruling along with the legal action leading up to it is archived there. The suit involved a multi-jurisdictional roadblock in 2002 where the TOPD were enforcing tribal & state law in conjunction with federal agents from Customs & Border Patrol enforcing federal law. I challenged its legitimacy & was arrested for disobeying orders & not showing ID.
The TOPD had me prosecuted in state court. I fought the charges & won & then sued for civil rights violations in state court. The TOPD claimed federal status under the Federal Torts Claim Act to remove the case to federal court then claimed sovereign immunity. The district court sided with the TOPD after several years & dismissed my claims. I appealed & the 9th circuit reversed because the TOPD was enforcing state law on a state highway & didn't limit their actions to enrolled tribal members.
While I'm not positive AhuitzotlTlazohtla because the issues you raise differ from the ones being considered by the court, I think the tribe could intervene & over-rule state action on the highway in various circumstances. The only issue considered by the 9th circuit was whether or not the tribal police could claim sovereign immunity from suit in federal court based on their enforcement actions against non-tribal members on the state highway while actively enforcing state law.
The 9th circuit ruled that the tribe could not bar non-tribal members from using the state highway because during the lawsuit, the Tohono O'odham had made several threats to bar me from use of the highway based upon my lawsuit AhuitzotlTlazohtla. The 9th circuit ruled that unlike most sections of tribal land, the tribe cannot act like a gatekeeper on a state highway passing through the reservation which effectively barred the tribe from restricting my travels along the highway.
Additionally AhuitzotlTlazohtla, the surveillance camera array depicted above is not actually on tribal land. It's about a 1/2 mile or so off the reservation in Pima County. Further, since the equipment is owned by the DEA, its not just a tribal police issue but a federal issue as well which clearly involves everyone, not just tribal interests.
@CheckpointUSA Most Reservations have a 5 miles buffer zone for the protection of the people and interests of the Reservation. That is part of the Treaties on most Nations.
I think you are providing an important service. May I suggest you look at the surveillance imposed on UK citizens to get an idea of how things may progress in the USA. We have become the most surveilled nation on earth - thankfully we do not have physical road blocks - which sounds good until you understand our ANPR network. I have no doubt that this progression will lead directly to the permanent tracking of all UK citizens. Still, I'm told it's to keep me safe - so it's fine...
So It looks like there was not transmitter. So this is not real time? Is it just being filmed and then stored? So what good is this for stolen vehicles? It would only be able to read the license plate, take a picture of everyone in the vehicle and then store that information. So LEO's have a RECORD of a stolen car passing by there at a specific time, but No actual real time response.
Looked like about a 100 gallon diesel tank attached to that gen set. That could run a LONG TIME.
There's a very large communications tower in Three Points, AZ just a few miles away & the Border Patrol checkpoint is less than 1/2 mile away TheGrayman1234. There's also a large communications array on one of the nearby mountains that's a little further away but not much. Additionally, several years back, Pima County passed a bond initiative ranging in the tens of millions of dollars for a wholesale upgrade of emergency & law enforcement communications backbone upgrade in the area...
Last time I called the county sheriff to file a complaint against a Border Patrol agent for erratic & unsafe driving practices, they laughed at me & said they don't take complaints against the Border Patrol screwopenborders.
It was just another example of how trying to work within the system to bring accountability to gov't agents is mostly a fool's errand. The only real utility in going that route is to show how unreliable it is for policing the police. Hence, these videos....
Its time to put my james bond license plate switch on....this is getting out of hand....POLICE STATE...get use to this people..its only just begun!!!!!!!
Quite possible Skitzo365. The video cameras are more sensitive to the visible spectrum however & the ALPRs have 2 cameras each - a color camera & an infrared camera. The responsivity of the detectors to changing light conditions would also be a factor so if one wanted to protect their privacy while passing by, they'd most likely want to use very bright light sources that cover the appropriate parts of the electromagnetic spectrum. This would be easier to achieve at night than during the day.
I've been following you since I 1st became aware of what was going on between you, the DOHS and the Arizona BP. @KiDFRANKKK My dad was a cop. Should I live by the premise that all cops are saints and their all-so-common brutality is always justified? My wife works for a company that develops antibiotics for big-pharma companies. I suppose we should think big-pharma companies don't produce unsafe, untested drugs?
Chemtrails are as real as the sand in which your head is buried.
@rataMacue22 LOL im sorry but chemtrails has got to be the silliest shit. Theres no way they have planes out there just to dump chemicals, or even passenger planes with rancid fuel. Such a thing is just impossible to be done and kept secret.
I would have walk all the way around the bushs, like 100 yards just so that the cameras couldnt see me and I would have cut the fule line to the generator.
No, it never pulled me over but followed for a while and when it passed slowed down to about 50 mph in a 65 mph zone. This made it clear they hadn't been speeding through the construction zone in order to respond to some other call and I was merely in the way.

No, it never pulled me over but followed for a while and when it passed slowed down to about 50 mph in a 65 mph zone. This made it clear they hadn't been speeding through the construction zone in order to respond to some other call and I was merely in the way.
