I love anything that Tanya sings, but I didn't expect to enjoy anyone singing this, besides Patsy Cline. Tanya was AMAZING on this. What a great surprise. Would love to have a full recording!

Covers are NEVER as good as the original, and Patsy had an incomparable voice...BUT... Tanya puts everything she's got into this, and her singing here has more richness and depth than we sometimes hear in her other work- altogether a wonderful and touching reading of this song that makes it hers as well as Patsy's...just as beautiful as the original...well done, Tanya!!!!

I remember going to a county fair years and years ago and she was playing. I walked over to see who was playing and me and my son fell in love with her and county music after that. Tanya Tucker was my favorite and me and my son danced in the aisles, he was 4, he is now 20 so it has been very long. Tanya is still the best and I still dance with my son when I hear her play.

Thanks for posting this. I've always loved Tanya Tucker's voice and her spirit! Patsy Cline will always have my heart on this one and Willie's versions is wonderful. Tanya just made me enjoy her music more for doing her version of this great song. I think her Dad gave her good advice! She certainly has her on idenity!
