  • Do you need to blow your nose?

  • everytime you stop or make a turn you leave a mark. Fact!

  • @vanitaragazza could you have said anything any dumber?

  • Why use such disgusting language when giving your opinion. can't you think of any better adjectives. I appreciate his experience and knowledge. Thanks.

  • Excelent Video!!!

  • Thanks for showing.

  • cheers dude and thank you ;()

  • Thank-you for posting this video. I'm trying to get into the business myself, and I've seen people use this tech, but I was a little confused on how it was executed because I personally kept leaving streaks on what is supposed to be a streak free tech. Thank's for clarifying on how to perfom this tech properly!

  • @TheSwanism the trick is that when you invert the squeegee the end lower down starts off wet but after running on dry glass when it goes higher than the other end, it becomes dry and then doesn't leave a streak. If you are getting streaks take the squeegee higher and back on itself to make sure the end is dry and then go over that area again. After a while it becomes automatic and you hardly need to think about what you are doing. I can do it really fast but often it doesn't pay to go full speed

  • GET A FUCKING LIFE , THE GUY IS SHOWING A CERTAIN WAY OF DOING WINDOWS AND WEN SOME YOUNG BOY CAND DO IT THE S WAY HE AINT GETTING A JOB ,,,SO THE GUY IS HELPING YA BUNCH OF COUCH BAMS

  • @MrJoebhoy09 what are the chances someone sees it in his region and actually uses it, also he gets bunch of money for posting it here.

  • First off... I live off of high rise drops, roller, ground and ladder work... when you're using an 18" or whatever length your' squeegee may be... you want to keep 1" of your squeegee on dry glass and the rest on wet glass. This example is ok for beginners... but u want as few swings as possible to close out your window.... fewer swings = less time taken = more windows = more money....

If your dragging your blade half wet half dry... it wears your blade faster, and causes the squeegee to jump..

  • Good Job Sir, All the best from Ireland.

  • good advice fella, but put some washing up liquid in your water! :)

  • I agree with the basics. Im not a pro and still learning but it seems like your creating more possible work for yourself by using the s-method or fanning technique. (i.e. missed spots, bouncing in the corners as someone put it) I like that someone said using a larger squeegee with two passes and your done. Ill try the s-method when I get faster.

  • oh and you for got to tell them to never stop on your glass because if you do you will leave a squeegee mark on the glass

  • wow you really fail!!! I am a (seasoned) professional window cleaner over 20 yrs experience was taught by my father who was also a professional that worked in chicago il. on the high rises!! I wouldnt even hire you to wash the widows for the dog house.

  • @dolphinlady1964 Wheres your video? Huh? Show us your super special way of doing it! Their is absolutely nothing wrong with what he's doing and I can assure his window would be just as clean as yours. Remember........It's window cleaning, not open heart surgery. Oh and............What's a guy with 20 years of experience doing watching a video labled, "How to wash windows". Sounds like your full of shit and you trash others to make yourself feel better about your own "lack of skill".

  • @tac1ems First of all u must read really well for your age i am not a guy. I did not search this video my son did and he thought it was full of shit and funny. If this man was suppose to be a professional , you would not use a rag on your rubber it would be a deep sea sponge. But apparently you must think you are a professional thinking that his window would not have streaks and marks on it from stopping and wiping down a glass with a wet rag. So hey dream on.

  • I bet some seasoned proffessional with 20 years experience could come along and watch your video and tell you that you are talking shit.

Every single window cleaning video on youtube has the same bitchy comments from other window cleaners telling us how shit and wrong the person in the video is.

They are all clearly making a living off their work and if all these people were as shit at cleaning windows as comments suggest, I'm sure they all wouldn't have lasted too long in the proffession.

  • @dolphinlady1964 Awh you a professianl then...what does a contract for washing a big high rise will be?

  • @dolphinlady1964 Well aren't you special. If you are going to tell this man, who is simply trying to help some people out, that he isn't good at his job, you may as well attempt to spell correctly. Proper grammar may help too. I would hire this man before you simply because you are too stupid to spell the word window. Not widow, retard. You apparently don't have any understanding of the english language. Go back to school, try to understand the language you claim to speak, and grow up.

  • "S method"yeah right dude. That would be pretty hard to do with a telescopic handle and the window is 12 feet up or more

  • @hotwelder2010 then get some fucking ladders

  • This guy is offering his time and skills to help us.And what do you Assholes do?Talk shit!DDidn't your Mama teach you how to say thank you?I would love to see him Bitch slap your stupid asses

  • @nancyhoralia you rock girl! thump up ^^

  • @nancyhoralia omg get over yourself, you pissy little broad.

  • Ecellent squeegee skills. Bravo. I've never seen such skilled squeegeeing.

  • DUDE you suck major balls at acting like you know how to wash windows. you should get a rag and windex youll do a better job then that pile of a window washing that you just pulled.

  • @kailshont totally agree

  • @agonyuncle how can u tell he is not using soap. A lot of the designer soaps like GG4 and the unger pill have no visable suds but clean just as well if not better.

  • I use a big as squeegee and get it done in 2 strokes. Sometimes I wipe edge first sometimes last.

  • I always leave bloody streaks when i use a squeegee even using this 'S' method. However much i practice i leave marks and miss corners.

  • some expert he didnt use any soap, and made it twice as difficult to slide the squeegee over the glass

  • someone gotta cold

  • Problem with that starting posisition is you will be left with thin line of water at the top of the pane, real window cleaners dig the blade in to the rubber seal leave no need to wipe with a scrim or cloth

  • All generally correct advice but if you press the squeegee all the way into the corner at speed then you get bounce outs which will leave a small line of water on the glass. Cut your corners a slight bit and the stroke will be faster, cleaner, and you can get the leftovers when you rag the edges after the stroke.

  • That's how it's done. Good demo for a basic technique. If I'm in the sun I might towel the edges before stroking, but usually do it afterwards. To each his own.

  • Looked kinda painful !!

  • Good technique, it's very applicable in some situations but I find using a good squeegee and going straight down leaving the glass twice (wiping squeegie in between) is faster and it rarely leaves streaks as long as you overlap. DO share your thoughts fellow window cleaners!

  • i agree. use whatever is most practical at the time, instead of trying to be fancy and fan everything.

  • so true! he really does know what he is talking about

  • Ive watched alot of so called professional window cleaning tips and they all suck, except this guy. He is spot on.

I always wipe my edges of the window AFTER I clean it, but I think I will try it this way, I can see the benifit. THanks mate

  • Thanks for the video mate, helped me out, cheers
