The key for me was to keep the corners tight and drift a little keeping the balance of the car smooth. My time wasn't even that great. My ghost beat me the first 2 corners by a good car length or two but I made up ground well in the last.
braked a lot , at 100kmh aprox turned in first turn keeping as wide as possible
then kept really tight (2 wheels on grass) on the first left turn, went wide to apex
delayed brake, braked a lot, almost no gas, and stood as much as possilbe on the left side of track
on last turn, if u enter wide, you can keep a nice speed, more than you could think bout, and cut it a lot, you gain a lot if u dare a bit on the grass
Finally got it at 30.573. Take the corners wider than the driving line as in this vid and use a combination of regular brake and handbrake it to make it turn in easier. I've got to say that after getting gold at IC-3 this suddenly seems at lot easier
yuuuss 0.30.614 now only 3 special license tests to go and thats all 60 golds :D

I got 29.952 with ABS 10, TC 1, and lots of e braking to drift.

30.385 i used abit of everyones advice, i turned TC to 1 and abs to 10 took the 2nd to last corner wide n drifted the last corner
