he changed his swing to control his shots better...tiger's old swing incorporated alot of lower body action which hurt distance control and he will tell you the key to golf is being pin high

dude, he's the best cause he does everything better than everyone. hes a good putter cause he can read the greens so well. he is a pretty good driver. u try hitting ever drive down the middle of a narrow fairway when ur club head speed is 120mph. and its not all because of the way he handles the pressure, its because he has a good swing. and his swing isnt perfect obviously, but he makes it work cause he is considered one of the best athletes on the planet. take a suck of that.

Watch how long his shoulders stay turned in the downswing--not a hint of dragging the arms through with the shoulders, but rather the upper body staying relatively turned while the arms swing down and past the chest. His shoulders stay turned (or, if you prefer, his back stays turned toward the target) until just barely squaring up in time for impact; you can see how his hands and the club drop and separate tremendously from the right shoulder--an almost universal move among pure ballstrikers.

well emncaity, their are to ways to hit a golf ball. the first is the let your arms go through the ball and have a straight right arm just after impact(Tiger woods, adam scott, charles howell) or to turn your chest through and hang on with your right arm and have the right arm bent just after impact(hunter mahan, david duval) not many in between.

What Mahan and Duval do isn't really new--they just turn their chests through a little ahead of the release, so they tend to hit the cut. You'll also notice that Mahan is nowhere near the 1PS that advocates always claim.
