I know they use maggot therapy in some cases. As gross as it is, it saves limbs and lives. However, in the program, it shows this HUGE boot-sized covering of maggots. That many can eat right down to the bone in very little time. The end of the video shows a foot that's virtually untouched. That would not be possible, given the number of maggots initially shown.
