I got a 360 and fuck, they took off the abilities, then put on the stupid shoot screen that only hurts you. 2K8 has the open shot meter which is better. Then they say that ALL the players will have go to moves, and you will be able to MAKE YOUR OWN MOVES. Turns out that only like 18-20 have them, most are just copied from each others. Lives only thing it had were its features, now they don't even have them.

Live has way better player models. But in motion, 2K8 wipes the floor with Live 08. Live still looks so damn twitchy and unnatural. They better improve 09's animations and not make the arena's look so damn dark.
2k8 needs to get some of the in game music on there game because the music is wack and the also need to fix the logos on the courts and the annocers when he says there name other than that the game is good o they also need to get the FIBA summer teams and all the players in the game and better slam duck competion in arena and better annocers the talk through the whole games and the players talking at the half and end of game (longer Half Time woth show)

2k8 is a good game hands down. Online play is fun but it's TOTALLY unrealistic. Too many online gamers run and gun and throw football passes for dunks. Single players can beat entire teams. Players get to the rim for layups and dunks on three defenders. It's impossible to take a charge defending on the break. Your team never gets back on D and the list goes on. Anyone who has played real ball knows what a joke online play is. I hope you read this you bald jerk off.

Great game but they can always make it better. Some ideas i had for 2k9: technical fouls, flagrant fouls, suspensions, a separate button to do tip-ins so players dont do it at random when u dont want them to, and a better soundtrack like what they had in 2k5 and 2k6. Any other ideas how to make the series even better?

EA knows it can't compete with 2K in B-ball! Look for them to try to grab the exclusive NBA license and try to freeze 2K out like they did in the NFL, that's the only way EA can compete with 2K. They're a bunch of pussies who are afraid of competition!
