@Lass3DK Sure you can lie sideways and stretch deeper and get a better ROM, but if you have any back problems or a beginner you can use the full support of a bench.
@BGMilenium it is a building exersise dumbass, it work pec minor serratus and back, its a good move but the one shown here is a inferior version, little core engagment , best done with clubs
