I don't think Laura was manipulated by Luke over the Cassadines...especially as she felt their wrath like no other GH character, not even Luke.

Calling Laura the world's worst mother or a bitch is very unfair. Given all the crazyness she's had to deal with, I think she did the best she could, given the circumstances. It's too bad Nikolas is a part of the Cassadines...if he had a different father, things would have been different. Also, Laura had no choice to leave him the first time...

Nikolas: "Helena pales in comparison to you." What a heartbreaking scene between Nikolas and Laura. Nikolas: "That's all you wanted me for." The look on Bobbie's face was because she knew the only reason she really kept on looking for Caroline was because of Lulu's illness too! She should have put aside her anger and tried to defend Laura.

I.HATE.LAURA. She is a selfish bitch and a crappy mother. Whatever Nik became good or bad, in this stroyline he was just a kid who had been abandoned by his mother multiple times after only wanting her to love him. She needs to thank god that he even talks to her after this because if it were me I can't say I'd be as forgiving.

Poor Nikolas! He's been hurt and used by so many people who claim to love him. I really hope Liz snaps out of her Lucky induced haze and realizes that what she has with Nik is once in a lifetime kind of love. I miss Bobbie, Stefan, and Laura too.

I felt so sorry for Nikolas during this entire story line and personally I have always blamed it on Luke because Laura was once again manipulated by his paranoia over the Cassadines and she blindly did what he wanted. She needed to tell Luke that he needed to accept Nikolas or hit the road.

Im not completely sure because after her setup with Damian Smith against Bobbie, you would think he would hate her but they were good friends. Basically, I think it was because he found her fun to be around and she liked him when he helped her at the Nurses Ball.
