could u please tell me how to do this massage at home with glass cups? I have glass cups and I light fire in them, but they don't hold my skin very long :(

alight for 1, they need o be airtight (but im sure thats obvious.. sorry u dont no how stopud some ppl are)

2 it needs to burn most if not all the air

3 u need to be fast, if theres time for the air to return then it wont work

4 perhaps the glasses u r useing wont work for the job, the cups in chinese massage are specificaly made for the job
