Nani, Park Ji Sung, Antonio Valencia are all quality... Having 4 established wingers is a big waste of cash... He has a huge bench to choose back ups for wingers. Welbecks has been great at Sunderland. He could easily play the wings. Obertan had a pretty good pre-season. He looks like he's up for it now. Gigg/Rafael/Fabio/Rooney could all do it if they had too as well.

Phil Jones, Smalling and the De Silva brothers look very promising in defence given a bit more experience. When they're fully fired up, put with Vidic (sometimes Ferdinand, though he's slipping out of form too regularly for me), combined with De Gea in goal. Scoring might well be near impossible against them. Up front Chicharito is brilliant and only getting better, Rooney is hit and miss, Berba needs better treatment (PL top goal scorer not in the CL squad?). Midfielders are priority though.
