my nieghbor has a cummins and drove OTR with it now he stopped for a while it was doing the same thing that its doing. his rings are fried as well but it is an 06 cummins with over 500,000 miles on it.
i have a 2001 that had blow by just like that i pulled motor for rebuild and #6 had broken rings and part of the piston was melted engine had to be machined

Most definitely excessive blowby. You could some cracked pistons as well.
