其實最天然方法係食番薯。食番薯都可以通便！一星期吃一次番薯餐­就可以啦！唔信可以一試！

Actually Magnesium Oxide is a laxative. I've seen it in a lot of the laxatives/ stool softeners in the states. It's safer and gentler than a lot of the other laxatives that contain senna. Magnesium Oxide is def not for ppl with kidney problems tho.

Not sure if the clay is gna help. Psyllium fiber is actually easily and (relatively) cheaply available in drugstores (brands like Metamucil). Or, to increase fiber intake, just eat a bowl of all-bran per day. Works as well.

no they are totally different. greens are made of vegetables; and cleanze is made by bentonite clay. drinking green will give you the nutrients, while drink cleanze will help to clean your colon.
