The Golden Phillies rocked that! That's right don't let nobody come to Birmingham and rep on you. I like the Golden Philles and JO band because they have kept up the JO tradtion over the years unlike many bands in the Birmingham area. When I was growing up Birmingham had several great bands. Noe there is only a small few.

I marched at JO in 06-07 we challenged Lithonia in 07 they was ok, but I wish this battle was longer so JO could have got some of their best songs in. Georgia bands nice though, thanks for the comment.

Ha...that's funny. I also remember MLK gettin strait superiors at Exhibition my senior year and they looked like CRAP...both the band and the dance team. But in my opinion The GOLDEN PHILLIES took this battle right here. And yes....with a sound like the one that is in this clip...LHS GETS GOT QUITE OFTEN!!!

As a matter of fact i saw their performance at Nationals from this year and once again i wasn't blown away...in fact J.O was there this year too...and the GOLDEN PHILLIES in MY HONEST OPINION had the better routine then too. Lets not throw this NATIONALS around so loosely...OK?
