I'm not being a smart ass or acting all tough but i have been tattooed every spot you could think and the only place it really truely hurts is when you are tattooing like feet and hands and fingers

absolutely it will, doctors use this for surgery's on patients while they are awake. Just follow the directions and it will work

@xWestBayx the skin has to be wrapped for an hour perferably to work. The artist hand wasnt covered so therefore it didnt numb his hand
