As much as I'm not Steven Anderson's biggest fan by any stretch of the imagination, this guy was not exactly a star witness for the prosecution. I only hope whatever drug-induced haze he was under is gone by the time he's back at work, supposedly keeping out borders air-tight. The lawyer is questioning the BP officer in a contradicting way and confusing. This is why the BP officer is confused in the answering. The fact is that the BP agent was alerted by a dog that this vehicle arriving could have narcotics, an illegal alien, or explosives. The BP officer was doing as trained, and was asking for documentation for citizenship. When he was not provided with that documentation, then it raised more suspicion to the officer that this gentleman had something to hide
