I have taken progestrone cream for 21days and stopped for 7days. My nipples are sore as if I was getting a cycle and my face has had this big break-out of acne...ugh. Will be 28 days tomorrow and still waining on my cycle. How have you been taking your progestrone cream. Did you do 21days and stop for 7days? and if you did how long did it take for your cycle to come on?
hey i only used it for about 20 days then i stopped coz i started seeing a homeopath and she told me to stop it, it didnt bring on a period for me but 41 days after i stopped i ovulated and got pregnant! So not sure if the prog cream had anything to do with it, but im pretty sure the herbs and remedy i was taking helped alot.
I had a short luteal phase too. I took vitamin b6 (50 mg in a b complex) once a day and it went from 9 days to 14 days in two cycles so I hope it helps you.

Hello, Ive been watching your videos for a while now. Im having the same problem as you, my husband and I have been TTC for 6 mths now after being on the pill for one year. I havent had a period for 3 mths since being off the pill, but Ive had two bouts of ovarian cysts. Im taking maca,vitex, and dong quai. Been taking it for 2 weeks. I know it sucks TTC for so long, but hang in there. Ill be praying for u! Godbless

i just got this one off ebay cause i couldnt find any over the counter ones apart from wild yam cream, its called source naturals, natural progesterone cream, not sure wat itll be like but guess i wont know till i try it! And i am taking soy again, started on day CD1 taking 125mg a day (a bit more than last cycle coz i want to O sooner) so hopefully itll happen this time round!! thanks for the baby dust**** and back to you too!
