It amazes me that this video has ANY dislikes. This kid has more rhythm than many drummers I've played with. He's going to be REALLY GOOD. This video is a few years old now.. so he's about 7 now.. I'd love to hear him now.

@Bamballin I know... thats why it is important to teach hm the right way now... He is a talent for sure! Start him on single para-diddles for now.(12-10-10) , double-diddles by March and tripple-diddles in June and please dont forget the most inportant thing....... LOCK THAT POCKET!!!

@zeljr he doesn't need a book at this age to "learn how" to play. If he keeps up playing he will naturally and eventually turn to the "correct" way of playing. Its people like you who make learning music a pain in the butt. I was classically trained to play Tuba, Baritone and Trumpet but that was when i was 13-15. I started teaching myself drums when i was 10 and now (age 19) i see the logic behind the music. If hes truely interested in music he will learn. No need to force a book or lessons.

@HenkelmanAndy Good for you... However I've witnessed many "Church" drummers with tons of talent and tricks that couldnt find the pocket to save their life!!! Ive been a sessions player and have toured with major recording artist for for over 15 years..... If he never learns to play the correct way...... He'll always be the drummer for...... "pick a name Baptise Church or Whatever C.O.G.I.C.... If they want to really harnest his talents someone should make sure he doing it right...
