I experienced this very thing just a couple hours ago. How amazing that this video was posted on the same day! I opened up several holdout places within me and unpacked them. There were many instances of forgiving myself, as well as others. As soon as I forgave someone, they melted into me. I saw inside those who had hurt me, and found their own pain that I had never seen before because my unforgiveness blinded me. How powerful this process is! Thank you for this video and its healing words.
