and the problem has gone in 1 month. my strenght was ingredible after 2 months ;)) Now im raw vegan in 80% since 2 months and my power is even much higher. Maybe one day ill be brave enough to make my own vlog;) Greets from Poland! Caroline

Just blasted though it in my room. My shoulders were not used to the mt. climbers.. and i had to break at 50 for the flutter kicks because im not strong enough yet :(. though i do have a tight 6pack
Could you please do a video on Nutrition, and meals that you would prepare for yourself?
I know that VeganCalisthen-X has a display/feature of the foods to eat that help you stay healthy and in shape.. but I was thinking it would be great to get it from your perspective.
Also, being Vegan - do you completely avoid Chocolates too? (and Sweets)?
Lastly what're your motivations - what have you been reminding yourself all these years to keep at it.. keep doing what you do best? :)

Read a medical exercise journal and it mentioned something about crunches being bad for you because it bends your spine and goes against what your spine is actually supposed to be doing, which is to keep your body straight and upright, so they said full body workouts like the push-up, squat, dead lift, and plank are generally whats safe to work your core. any inputs?
yep after watching @nashmedina and learning from him, I actually started eating healthier 2 weeks before christmas.. More Vegetables & Almost no Carbohydrates (i know it's a gradual process to get used to, but im willing to kick away most of it).
Am not going entirely Vegan, but the most amazing outcome frm observing the dedication of @nashmedina has inspired me to set LIFELONG goals in eating healthy and exercising. It's all hard work - no more waiting for the New Year JUST to set resolutions
@sketchyou Hey, it's nice to know that you're eating more vegetables, but please please please, eat your carbs. Fat makes you fat, carbs make you live your life to the fullest. Check this book "80/10/10 Diet" by Doug Graham, and google 30bananasaday, you won't regret.
Thanks for your concern and caring comments Brothers. I truly appreciate it. In my mind, I'd thought that since Carbs are the first thing your body needs to burn before your body starts burning fat, it was necessary to eliminate at least 90% of carbs.
Like i mentioned in the earlier comment having been inspired by @NashMedina, I aim now teaching myself to eat healthier and watch what I eat. But I get your point now that you've mentioned @ImCheat, and I will check out that book! Thank you! :)

@sketchyou I eat tons of carbs friend. Carbs are not bad. You just need to eat the right ones.

@sketchyou Just avoid refine carbs. Whole grains won't do any damage to you. Potatoes, sweet fruits (bananas are my favorite), brown rice, etc
