If you sell a CD or DVD, Kunaki is great for packaging and duplication.

Here's a tip to get more from Kunaki...

I always have Kunaki ship directly to me. That way I can include bonus CD / DVD content in with every order I sent to a customer. I always send a couple bonus items that are related in some way to the original item purchased. I have lots of upsells on CD and DVD which makes this super easy. It's also extremely powerful and effective. People love getting more than they ordered!

Everyone is negative in their minds. Because much of the book is simply Holdens thoughts. Everyone nitpicks everything in their minds, that doesn't make them whiny.

I think that from Holdens perspective he just hates society in general. He has been given a big chance to succeed in society but he has chosen not to take it. In many ways he dug himself into a hole by building up a hate for phonies and bastards. In my mind there is a big difference from having negative thoughts and being whiny. It may be bad for the soul, but I would say Holden is such a big narcissist that negative thoughts are his only thoughts. Many outsiders of society are this way.
