There are federal limitations on obscenity used in a public place,and there are also community standards, the officers are allowed to put you in custody if either is broken and you can be charged. They used a private citizen to press FALSE charges against me in order NOT to get sued. The corrupt poLICE wil used someone from the general public to press the FALSE charges in order to clear themselves so that it will appear to have been a third party and to make themselves look innocent. This passage is say that it is suffering for a woman to have to teach or usurp authority over the man or HER husband, but to be in silence. In other words, Paul is saying that if a woman has to teach her husband to be the head of her home she will suffer.
