If you had the tethered version of the Redsn0w, just download the corona untether in cydia :P

I used the exact redsnow i was on adminstrator mode ipod touch 4G had it plugged in and off followed the instructions and it still wouldnt go into dfu mode sometimes it went to recovery but someone please help if it works ill pay whoever helps me an itunes card

I used redsn0w a few days ago to jailbreak and it worked PERFECTLY, but my only concern was that after I downloaded winter board, my phone lags when I switch from page to page, when I uninstall winter board, it works perfectly. But to have a good theme, you need winter board but the lag just gets to me so much to where I just get so mad! Please message the creator of winter board and tell him that on the iPhone 4 iOS 5.0.1, scrolling through page to page is so laggy! Please help!

@sHerrriLeeHallL It means you don't have to connect your ipod touch every time you reboot to jailbreak it, so you wont have to keep connecting it after the first time its jailbroken..And everything has been working fine since I did it, so I don't think it should mess anything up on your ipod as long as you jailbreak it correctly.
