How did they betray the group? I think you should get all the facts before saying something like that. I have been a fan for the past three years and even I don't know the whole story. Only the five of them and their staff members do so we shouldn't pretend to. They may be a group but they are five different ppl with different beliefs and what it comes down to is what a person can put up with and what they can't. We don't know how they feel or why they made those decisions.

We know that the trio sued SME because of an unfair contract, but Changmin and Yunho decided to side with SME instead of DBSK. If they had sued along with the trio, DBSK would still exist right now, even if they were in a hiatus. Now, even if the trio win the case, DBSK will never exist again.

Neither one of us can say what would have happened because nobody knows why HoMin decided not to sue. We have not heard their side yet and probably never will. All that we got were letters that SME wrote themselves and passed off as their words. I have been following this case since it happened and read every document made available and I can not say anything for certain. I am curious to know what you discovered that I missed. Because nothing is ever black and white.

It's complicate.. yunho and changmin were contracted to act dramas as a main actor back then, so if they sued, they must have to pay for violating contract that might tremendous.

They didn't betrayed Junsu,Jaejoong,Yoochun, That's why they can still keep in touch, chear each other.
