As soon as the planes went into the buildings, people started to evacuate which meant the final death toll was much lower relative to the number of people who were originally in the buildings at 08:46. If the object was to maximise death-count, and explosives are already pre-rigged, then why not just detonate straightaway without planes - this would have led to a much "better" death-count, potentially 10,000+.

@mjwible27, What they heard was not demolitions, demolitions produce decibels over 150 which would be heard over a mile away. Also, these were skyscrapers and it would take hundreds of detonations to bring it down not a few secondary ones, also there would be evidence of demolitions all over the place, wiring, residue and obvious fracture on the core columns and other debris. Yet there is not ONE scrap of physical evidence that anyone has seen that shows this.

Of course there's going to be come pulverized concrete when a structure weighing 100's of thousands of tons comes crashing down. I find this argument very confusing. Let me see if I get this straight... to paraphrase, you are saying thermite, (approximate temperature of 2500 degrees celsius) could not have brought the buildings down. Yet jet fuel (approximate temperature of 1000 degrees celsius) could, and indeed did bring both buildings down. How does that make any sense? Also, burning jet fuel could possibly "explosively ignite" thermite, by heating the entire load before ignition occurs.

They are cut diagonally to allow the beams to slide over one another. The beams in the elevator shafts are exposed. @AlwaysSomething, No its only YOUR opinion that they are "manipulating facts" and YOU are assuming they assume bombs would be to far fetched. That being said EARS play a lot in this factor, camera were rolling 50 feet in front of the towers before and during the collapse and you never heard any sound of "bombs" and no thermite is not a demolition and no it has never been used in one before and no it was not found in the dust.

@JLaw012 "debunkers" absolutely have the mind set of how ridiculous they think it is that others claims explosives, and absolutely write without considering this or testing for it. NIST is the perfect example, they didn't test for explosives because they said they didn't find a need to. The story of how the buildings came down was spun within minutes of it happening, without anyone examining the evidence, and they stuck to it and molded the science to conform to the "official" story.

clearly there were planes. planes bringing down buildings like that at near freefall speed and turning them to nothing but rubble and dust? no way. where is the office furniture for example. buildings dont turn to dust without secondary explosions causing them.

You can hear explosions. Explosions do not constitute a bomb. Many things can make an explosion.

@kixxclub Maybe you don't understand how fast jet fuel becomes oxidized and burns. It burns extremely fast and at super high temperatures and basic thermodynamics will show you that extreme amounts of pressure will build up leading to more combustion and explosion. This essentially turns the whole area of the building into a "bomb". I would sound like a bomb went off. It would explode like one. Anyone apart from some sort of explosives expert wouldn't know the difference.

@haloabc1234 Uhhh, no. Free standing jet fuel does not explode. In that way it is just like gasoline or gun powder or any other combustible material. If it is not contained or compressed it just burns. If you had large amounts of jet fuel anywhere else besides the impacted floor there would be fires there. FLIR footage shows only 1 small fire in tower 1 below the impact zone.

@Daltonius1 This video has to do with World Trade center 7. It imploded around 4pm later that day. This is Not tower 1 and 2 which were the ones that were hit by airliners. We know Towers one and two were hit by planes. WTC seven just fell to the ground in its own footprint due to a FIRE? This has never happened in history. Fires cannot do that to concrete reinforced steel skyscrapers. Try to find a skyscraper that has collapsed like this in the past. You can't.
