The Golden Age is the best album ever made. "the more it changes" is worth dying for. I have to not listen to it too much, maybe once every decade or my heart will burst from love and sorrow...
About the chattering audience. I think it´s a tendency that is getting more and more common. The last concert I attended here in Copenhagen it was exactly the same.
I tend to agree that it is annoying for those trying intensely to listen to the band when others are distractingly audible. There is a grey area where they are entitled to experience the show their way. I drove 3 hours for last night's Dallas show, where in the very intimate crowd, a girl had on a belly dancer waist wrap and it jingled loudly every time she moved. Another guy blew a wood train whistle throughout the concert. At least he did it more in between the songs instead of during.Grr.
I think an audience in silence watching is better than a bunch of people talking ...I wwas also at the mercury in denver and I thought it was a better show than the one in chicago in 2008 where some idiot was wailing away during every song.
It is funny that people talk during performances in Friburg, also, I saw them at the Murcury in Denver in 97 and everyone stood in silence, more recently people have been vocalizing during various performance, I was particularly offended and in awe of the audiences lack of disrespect during a performance by' Warheit' that I had especially anticipated, I had thought that it was specifically Denver but perhaps all culture is disintegrating. . .
2006? Hell, I can't believe it's 2007 and I'm still listening to these guys. They've gotten older, I've gotten older, but this music still resonates with me.
Easily my favorite Dots song, and a damned fine rendition of it!

une des plus belles chansons de cet artiste de génie, qu'est edward k.spell. 20 ans aprés, l'emotion reste intacte.
