Thank you for posting this since I cant seem to find it anywhere to buy. The new version withPatty Duke is not half as good as this version cause nobody can play Sook like Geraldine Page. Love Truman Capote's books and this touches home since Im from this part of Alabama and can identify with the story. My Grandmother told many tales like this. thaanks again. !!

I just watched the Patty Duke version. I had never seen either one and had it in Netflix. I was very touched by the story and wondered if it had been done before. What a rich history it has had.
