It may seem like you had the better idea but Bryant had personality concerns and Williams was no better then their current number one. Thomas is a lot better than Allen and Tate was considered to be the number two best WR in the draft. Not to mention he didn't have any personality problems. They choose better quality players.

It may seem like you had the better idea but Bryant had personality concerns and Williams was no better then their current number one. Thomas is a lot better than Allen and Tate was considered to be the number two best WR in the draft. Not to mention he didn't have any personality problems. They choose better quality players.

hey genious, the thing that made owens look average was jason garrett's uncreative and predictable scheme, gameplanning, and playcalling. shawn springs won a few battles with him at the line, but he did NOT manhandle him. if buffalo has the sense to put owens in motion or in the slot position more often, owens will kill shawn springs, or whoever. the only time in '08 that garrett did anything creative with owens was the 49ers game, and owens lit them up.

You have to remember that the team was fighting to get into the playoffs, he had not set up timing with Roy Williams, he missed two games against horrible teams and played 3 of the best d's in the league with broken ribs and the pinkie....and was still productive!!!

TO was and still is a great WR, but he was the cancer that kept the Cowboys back. NOT ROMO. Romo is an amazing QB for his experience and age. I wouldn't blame him for cracking. He's young as hell, and already has so much attention.

McNabb is not a choker, Im tired hearing all this bullshit about him being one. On the other hand Romo is and so is T.O because, late in the season Romo or Owens choked and they loss 2 games straight and couldnt make it to the playoffs. But McNabb made it but he still loss and did not choke he had a great game. All the eagles need this year is good wide receivers and their good to fuking go. Romo needs TO Idc what nobody says.

RIGHT dude....thats why McNabb is 1-4 in Nfc Champ games and 0-1 in the superbowl....Romo was also hurt for the entire second half of the year with a broken finger on his throwing hand and cracked ribs....its cool though...everyone knows the lambardi will be in Dallas again WAY before it ever goes to Philly! The eagles actually need wr's and a whole new defense (except 1 cb)

I am a Rams fan from the Anaheim days, still true to my team( say what you want to about my beloved Rams) and I would've been stoked to have T.O. on my team!!! The Bills WILL be better because of him, and Dallas will find a way not to win a playoff game again next year.

Football is the ultimate TEAM sport and Owens attitude is anything but for the team. Mark my words...he will either go to Oakland or he will not go anywhere until a team looses its number 1 wr after the draft and has no choice but to pick him up. The only thing i disagree with is not trading him and Roy Williams. I will say that supposedly alot of the players made it clear they wanted owens gone, think of what you see im doing on the sideline....CAN YOU IMAGINE HIM IN THE LOCKER ROOM?

yup...we have plenty of wr's and TO's antics did nothing but cause problems...he was a good talent but he was more of a luxury than a must have player...i also LOVE that we got rid of Roy Williams...I do wish we had traded them for SOMETHING though...instead of just releasing the two

Roy Williams couldnt cover ANYTHING.....an was too small to play LB so he needed to go. He didnt look like he even liked playing anymore....plus was out all year. Dallas will be fine with Williams, Crayton, Austin, Stanback at wr...plus Witten is as good as havign a wr anyway and our THREE good rbs....we'll be fine!
