City of Villains Gameplay - The Huntsman

It was this video that made me think about rolling a huntsmen and I did all I can say is that freaking love it

From my observation, this type of play style doesn't seem to have much power against soloing tough enemies. I can't this build taking out anything harder than SOME elite bosses. I'm not saying this to bash your build, play the game how you find it to be fun, you know. How DOES this build fare against opponents higher than boss level? This build to me seems to be better suited towards taking out mass waves of minions and lieutenants, with boss soloing capability of course.

@geramul Well your observations are flawed. This build is a buffing, debuffing powerhouse. Properly built, it can solo just about anything short of a GM.

@adrius I suppose. Playing as a "Huntsman" is something that's always interested me, I just never thought they could be as powerful as a pure crab/bane spider. I was always fond of my little soldier ^_^. I guess I'll try it now then.

@greendragonable get a char 2 lvl 20 then go get the epic archetyupe in the crate a character pick the arachnos trooper then when you progress you can be a bane or a crab spider this is a crab spider bane sucks :)

@zorbaknecromancer Wrong. This is not a Crab Spider. That is evident, as she has no crab spider backpack. No, this is a normal Wolf Spider, with some Bane Spider powers (Build Up, Surveillance, and the better armor). The Build is called a Huntsman, after the badass boss mobs of the same name. I have a guide on the forums.

Not hero stats :) click on the Powers button on your power tray. Then, at the top of that window will be the words "Combat Attributes". Click on those. This is the Combat Attributes Window. If you want to track a stat, just right click it and choose to monitor it, and then you get that little window :)

On a technical level, guns (and any weapons) are part of your costume. You can have 5 different costumes you can switch between, and you could (if you felt like it) have a different gun to go with each of them.

the type of weapons you can use are determined by your power sets. So being an Arachnos Soldier means I can have powers that use the gun, a mace, or big spider legs (which I don't have, not in my build).

World of Warcraft has some stuff CoH has and Coh has some stuff WoW does not have.Some find the battling and old mythical feel to wow and some like the current time feel and superheroes of coh.

From the top down, it's my Status Bar (health, end, XP, buffs/debuffs, etc.), then a chat window dedicated to the System, Rewards, and Error channels. Below that is my Combat Attributes Monitor and below that on the bottom is my pet window.
