All the way into the latee 80's, couples applying for Marriage Licences had to get blood tests to make sure that they weren't too related (i.e. brother and sister). I don't believe they do it anywhere in the US anymore since it's legal to marry your cousin.
why do the other parts work and this one doesnt? i got the same message on a video last night and it worked when i refreshed it. no luck this time... =(
