@thizizliz mercy me it hurt... you better believe it. LOL but you are so right... even three months ago, I couldn't get on my knees without balling in pain. I just simply couldn't take it it was so intense. if I had to get on the floor I had to get up like a baby would .. feet and hands .. not knees. it's been an amazing journey.

Excellent!! I love your modification. I was trying to find something, but didn't. I really need a lot of work. I saw you mentioned you sat and balled out of frustration. I so get that and can't even tell you how many times I've done the same thing. But, we are doing this! Keep it up girl!

Great for you!!! I do pushups and jumping jacks on a regular basis and I'm telling you...never underestimate the power of the oldies (exercises) that we grew up on. They really work!!!
@PaintedRavensong yes... definitely. the JJs work that lymphatic system as well. I had a hard time with my knees but I made it through. thank you for your support sweetie.

Ish, WOW. I see your strength. Modifying the pushups in that manner was great! I love how you make each challenge challenging to you and yet safe for you to do them. Every single time I watch you do these challenges, I smile! Great job!!

@maddmaddworld Thanks Steve for the support.... I was really discouraged this week. I couldn't make it through round 4 all week doing the push-ups on the ground. even sat and balled once. But... kept at it... so for the video I modified them to get through it.
