3:21. He was up on the 23rd floor, and went to the emergency control offices (don't know what floor that was on) 3:29. Under the circumstances they knew it was not advisable to take the elevator, so they took the stairs down. I don't know how many floors they went down before they reached the 6th.

Chaos is the reason I have such difficulty believing WTC7 fell so evenly due to (chaotic) fires. According to NIST, the east end and west end of the main roof dropped within a half second of each other. The penthouses fell several seconds earlier, but just the main roof and most of the building fell nearly intact.
Here is a challenge: find a collapse video as smooth and intact as WTC7.

Of course he heard secondary explosions, the towers were brought down with demolitions! Professional demolition experts have concurred with that assertion. If you look carefully at a slow-mo version of the towers falling, there are tell-tale "squibs" shooting out of the sides of the towers indicating the use of explosives in destroying the structure. No steel-frame building has ever collapsed from fire. The Empire State Building was struck by a fully loaded B25 bomber in 1946 yet it didn't fall!

Just because he heard explosions doesnt mean he heard explosives. WTC 7 had diesel generators scattered throughout the lower floors. That is the most likely scenario.

There were alot of fires buring in WTC 7. Just ask any firefighter that was there. Not to mention he says that these "bombs" were going off before the twin towers even fell. If that was the case then the building should have fallen sooner.

The only thing I don't get is he is saying the bombs were going off before the twin towers even fell. So what is the point in bldg 7 of setting off bombs 7-8 hours before the eventual demolition? When you demolish a bldg, you don't start the bombs or detenations 7 hours before the planned demolition time?
