@unto789 Late reply, I know. A lot of them did, yes. Patrick Hession played with him most recently, almost until Maynard passed I think. Wayne Bergeron played with him in the 80's when he was steering away from the big band and only had one or two other trumpets. Eric Miyashiro played with him after that and is also famous for having performed with Buddy Rich.
