To prove to yourself that astral projection is not real. Firstly, realise this; That which is temporary, such as love, is not real. For only that which is eternal, constant, can ever be truly real. Then, speak to beings on the ''astral dimension'', and you'll notice the same story from their mouths, ''love'' this and ''love'' that. Now, if a being had truly passed to the afterlife, don't you think they would know better by then? Don't you think they could see the truth? The beings are not real.

Actually one thing i might add here. & i could be wrong about this, but i believe there is two types of astral projection, the common one where as i can agree witht he uploader is a creation of your own dimensions, but there is one other type of astral projection which i have experienced which is very "rare" instead of entering the vibrational state in your body...You become a vibrating being as you are traveling, Actually this is almost like a physcial sensation or more like "spirit sensation.

Yes it is a belief that you created through projecting yourself into the Mind which is perceived as a Physical experience through 'sensation'. If you really had the ability to leave your body and investigate the dimensional existence -you would be able to see the systems of the Unified Field as well as the Systems that exist within the multi-dimensionality of the human Mind-Physical Reality. @Psychoo101 I disagree because just for one example, if it is our creation of our own minds, then each creation should be diffrent correct? (individual creation) then why is it that the famous plato once said that the spirit can leave the body while the bodu is still alive int a "dimly lit" world just like the physcial accept its more like moonlight, i experience the exact same thing.. ( a dimly lit world, a world of moonlight ) why do me and plato describe the same world?

I practice the arts of astral projection & i also have occasional convos with peopel from the monroe institute. And it sounds like the person who made this video has convinced himself of lies. some interactions while in alterd states of consciousnes actually are living enitities with a seperate will & mind. i know because i have come in contact with them.

I specificly pointed out about the point where you had said these beings are not real entities. i disagree because i have not only come in contact with these beings during OBE but also during normal daylight waking consciousness. these beings come for reason, they posses purpose sense & will.

I think that what the guy is saying is true but I also think that there are people who can and do travel beyond their own unique creation. The proof of this is in the many stories where people meet one another on the astral realm and have identical experiences. What about people who astral project and is seen or witnessed by someone else in 3D? Or what about people who travel and get information from another location or even future worldly events if they are not going beyond their own space?

When I was looking into MONROE stuff on this, I realized that his experiences were of a nature to what he himself "believed" and also you could say what our accepted group consciousness believes is what he encountered. So like you say when doing this - to me it is like dreaming, we will see things that we relate to "emotionally" though see it as abstract.
