but there certainly is a lot of interpretations to "bombay aloo".
some add lots of onions, onion seeds and fennel seeds, yet again others add pureed garlic and ginger and tomatoes...
I am starting to think, that one can call any kind of spicy potatoes "bombay aloo"...
