I'm South African, my gran was rssian, THIS IS EASY!!!! that's just because i've got a south african accent and speak afrikaans, makes it SOO much esier :D
I'm just starting to learn russian and (obviously) still getting comfortable with cyrillic. It's nice to see that a lot of russian vocab seems to be similar to french/european words.
Hi, I would like to thank you for posting this video along with other videos in your channel.
I have a question regarding the sounds. How do I know when the "O" letter gives the sound "o" or "a" sound? Because sometimes I've noticed it makes either of these sounds.
@AstronautOf Yes, that is correct, I forgot all about that. I'll maybe mention that next time if I can find an actual rule for when it happens, I've just never really thought about it.

I need someone to help teach me the Russian Alphabet. I'm having difficulties learning the difference between typed and handwritten Russian letters.

@redditrussian101- when you say the letters like the cyrillic Y, what do you mean by "similar to the Y, O?" please respond ASAP, confused!

Thanks for doing this, I have only a very casual interest in learning Russian but I have always wanted to know more about the Cyrillic alphabet.

I would also mention the pronunciation of г in его and several other words (more of a v sound, yeah?) :)
