@LeeAlacoque - Usually people specialise, on smaller projects people do multiple roles (ie a rigger might also be an animator, or a lighter also be a compositor).

Absolutely Amazing work Mark, you should consider recording yourself doing these projects and post them on youtube as a kind of "behind the scenes", I'm getting into Maya and 3D Design / Art myself, seriously, taking lessons from digital-tutors, if I ever attain the skill to be able to do work half as good as you, I'll know I've achieved something..big :)
For movies and games does one person do a lot of stuff or is there one person for modeling, one for texturing, one for animating... ?
