  • You know if you hate this version of Transformers you hate Optimus Prime & that is just sad Plus i happen to be fans of both the 1984 and the newer ones Cuz I rock XD

  • 1984 cab-over Volvo man, the new one is a freight-liner not a bad rig, but that damn turn the driver did with that bobtail was impressive

  • :0 Daaaaamn! SoO old.. So very, very old.

  • This epic song dosent belong in this tarnished image of transformers go back to g1 where you belong

  • Anyone who seen the IDW Transformers Comic book with the air work of Mike Costa and Don Figueroa they should have used their designs from that comic book in the movies. They blend both the G1 and Movie transformers and it looks good.Would have loved to see it in the movies.

  • There can only be one true Prime.... Flat-nosed semi baby!

  • oh ya! original transformers FTW!

  • Not even Michael Bay can defeat Optimus!

  • funny on 3:53 XD

  • fantastic work man.

    till all are one =p

  • screw it! I took on those elites and I can take on this tyrant!

    FREEZA!!

    FREEZA!!!

  • @Xanadu9001 AY YO BARDOCK, I'MA REAL HAPPY FOR YOU, AND I'MA LET YOU FINISH, BUT..

    FRIEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEZAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!

  • With Bumblebee's broken audio thing that has been consistent with the Bay Transformers movie, they could have had several opportunities to throw this in as a shout out to the original 80's movie.

  • @shunkwugg= Mistake 1= Bay did not put this song in the movie like you said. Mistake 2= Giving a robot balls. There are others, which I won't mention cause we all know them. You are right.

  • @shunkwugga but the 80s movie is too awesome to tarnished by Bay's movie.

  • nostalgia X_0

  • Awesome video and it is great that you put in the one of the songs from The Transformers movie back in G1. Great job.

  • Comment removed

  • It says alot about how disappointing the climatic battle between Optimus and Megatron was in the first movie that, despite having Prime's *theme song* playing, the video maker didn't post a second of it.

  • well yeah its dissapointing how optimus got his ass kiced but in rotf optimus actually kiced meagtrons ass he barely laid a finger on prime so yeah if u wanna do a music vid like this rotf would be great

  • Look at it this way: In TF3, that could mean they'll actually be a match for one another.

  • well accpet for the forest scene optimus got killed but other than that prime truly had the touch

  • The forest fight was the best one in the movie (though Bumblebee's comes close). That Optimus Prime ultimately lost a 3 v1 against Megatron, Starscream and a robot twice his size, after kicking all their asses, due to backstab is no shame at all. At least for Optimus.

  • dude i dont get it u see the corvette speeding there and bumble bee but they neverhelp him wtf its like they drove right past

  • The camera cuts away to show that the Transformers are on their way to help. But they're not actually close enough to do that yet, which is why Optimus ends up getting ganked by 3 Decepticons.

  • Which is the ONE thing that Revenge of the fallen did better. I mean don't get me wrong I thought both movies were a disapointment. Especially the second one. but at least the final battle between Prime, Megatron and The Fallen was better.

  • what's song?

  • Stan Bush - the Touch

    Theme from the 1986 Transformers-Cartoon-Movie

  • im gonna make my own robot car!!!!!!!!

just u wait and see its gonna be the best robot car ever!!!!

*looks over blueprints of car* -_-........... i think ill just watch the movie

  • Prime , why do you throw away life away so recklessly ?

  • That's a question you should ask yourself, Megatron.

  • I'd much rather see this put in the movie than that new remake he made; if it doesn't fit in the movie, I wouldn't mind just having it play during the credits!

  • Win

  • a solid feel good song.

  • Hope they put this song in the movie. It would be awesome if they play it while optimus is kicking decepticon ass like in the 80's movie which was tight. haha

  • Stan Busch has very recently done a remake of this song in hopes of getting it on the Revenge Of The Fallen album. The remake isn't that bad. Only problem is that it has some dumb Adam Carolla look-alike rapping in it.

  • loved this the second the music came on!

  • dude good job love the movies love the song way to go this is definitely primes song as well as hot rods/rodimus primes love it!!

  • Wahahahahaha!!! Everytime i hear this song... the words Arise Rodimus Prime comes to mind... wahahaa

  • Indeed one of the best scenes in the movie and I liked HotRod dammit and Rodimus Prime. It was a classic Bildings Roman story. The maturation and passing of the torch. I hope Hot Rod is in this movie and from one of the scenes I have seen Optimus could very well die in this movie. Here's hoping for a movie Galvatron soon lol.

  • sadly from what ive heard and seen hotrod isint in this movie. maybe in the 3rd one though

  • great job i cant wait , 5 more months until it comes out T_T

  • no... it's only 3 1/2

  • 3, even.

  • lol black lab... sounds like he needs a shit the whole way through the song

  • dont you ever make fun of stan bush again you nazi shitter!

  • this may be 80s, but this is the good kind. you mock this, and chances are, you'll be skewered and eaten alive.

  • @Primus1101 helll yaa

  • @Primus1101 anyone who mocks Optimus and you'll be skewered and eaten alive.

  • "Bumble Bee stop Lubricating the man" Ah that scene is always priceless nice video and I agree with the rest of the commenters this fits the movie very well And shoulda been in the movie somewhere like Linkin Park's What I've Done is in their twice one in the scene were Sam takes what's her name home and at the end of the film were Optimus calls to the other Autobot survivors. Anyway nice vid

  • the original is still the best

but i likes how u used the quotes from the old movie that were in the new one

"One shall Stand and One shall fall"

  • Gr8 song for a gr8 movie

  • awesome good job!

  • the song goes perfect with this!

    nice vid

  • It would've been awesome if instead of making the crappy movie, they'd have made a video like this for the song.

    I totally came...

  • I just came. Hard!

  • awesome setup video.

  • Your Awesome ! thanks for posting this!!!!!!

  • Wtf you people....the movie was shit HOT.

  • No, it wasn't.

  • Now why couldnt this song have been in the 2007 movie?

damn you michael bay and steven speilberg.

  • It was remade for it. It's should be on the soundtrack.

  • Yeah, i know the songs were remade for the movie.

What im saying is why didnt the song get played IN the movie, not on the soundtrack.

  • They probably thought it didn't fit in anywere in the movie.

  • Well, think about using for the last song in the credits, Bay.

  • the music in the movie was great as it was. this song is great and brings back old memories. wouldnt be fitting n the movie imo tho.

  • it would have been fitting if the song were at the end at least...during the credits. that would have been good enough for me

  • I also said so.

  • it may be in the sequel.

  • well actually there was an unused scene where sam picks up miles after he buys bumblebee, and the transformers theme is playing on the radio....

  • really??? was it in the deleted scenes????

  • I think it was actually used in the IMAX version.... Can't remember, but yeah it's there for sure....

  • that's soo cool!! i wish someone could post it cause i dont know if i'll be seeing the imax version any time soon ^_^

  • my thoughts exactly....they could have at least included it in the end credits or something.......bastards

  • Even though I'm 11, I have to agree with that.

  • this is such a awesome song i laughed the first time i herd it!

  • Soz, completely not my music.

    Too "Happy-go-lucky" in my opinion.

  • I like it. I am actually getting tired of emo songs. Feels nice to hear something as uplifting as this.

  • Prime did it, he turned the tide!!!

  • Happy-Go-Lucky? More like "Never give up the fight!"

  • optimus had better beat meagtron next movie

  • Im I the only one that remembers that Optimus Prime ALWAYS kicked Megatron's metalic ass each week (and always ran away). And what happened to the other autobots in the movie they disappeared for 10 mins. And showed up when it was over. Oh yeah. Cool song.

  • You're not the only one.

  • Anyone who says Michael Bay doesn't care about TF fans should remember the lines "One shall stand, one shall fall" and "You've failed me yet again Starscream"

  • I also remember that he repeatedly bashed the fans during the movie itself.

And I also remember that Optimus Prime didn't use to be such a wimp.

He was pure concentrated awesome, something Bay could never grasp.

  • yes optimus was DOING things, tiring him out. Megatron, meanwhile, was sat in the ice cooling his fat ass off for 4 million years, that and the fact Jet Vs. Truck = Truck's fucked lol

  • plus they had voices that you would remember. megs and 'scream sounded very genaric in this movie, am i right?

  • Indeed. They sounded like monsters in this movie.

They eved had claws and fangs! What's that about?

But the greatest dissapointment was Optimus Prime's cowardly attitude and his lips.

The true Optimus Prime must be transforming and rolling out in his grave.

  • they sounded more like someone went to re-enact or tribute the originals and got lost along the way (all fingers pointed at michael bay)

  • ''You're at you're best when the road gets rough You've been put to the test, but it's never enough''

I love that song... It motivates me.

  • how f'in old are ya anyway? I saw your profile.....stick to dragonball z and all that other shit

  • They better not kill Optimus off in the next movie.... or a lot of fans are gonna be PO'd lol. Great song and vid btw! ^^

  • めっちゃいい曲! トランスフォーマー最高!!

  • めっちゃいい曲! トランスフォーマー最高!!

  • the 2nd movie is supposed to focus on unicron!

  • "one shall stand, one shall fall!" damn, that was the line the prime said before his fight with megatron in the original transfomers movie!

  • I loved that they put that in there. Gave me goosebumps.

  • No, this song should not be in the sequel. It was different in the 80's, but now, no...just no. Thank you Michael Bay for not including this song. The only people that actually want this song in the new movie are Geewunners who seriously lack the ability to accept ANY Post-G1 transformers continuity. Get on with your life, this movie kicked ass, and this song should not have been included.

  • It's because G1 was the only good one.

It's just a cashcow now, feeding off of the anime craze.

  • No, Transformers was always a cashcow. You think Hasbro really cares about their older, G1 audience? No, Hasbro's #1 and only goal is to sell toys. And G1 wasn't the only good one. Beast Wars has byfar the best story among them, and is critically acclaimed.

  • Of course.

    But a classic cashcow.

I am sick and tired of seeing people butcher the classics.

  • you, sir, are a douche bag

  • ur a loser

  • Or better yet prime vs galatron

  • Hey buddy....go fuck yourself

  • No, I agree. Maybe this song sounds good to nostalgic kids who were 5 when Transformers: The Movie came out, but now, it sucks.

  • you little kids wouldnt know good movie if it bit you in your fat internet living asses

  • why does it suck? because nobody talks about it? A good tune is a good tune, the problem is that there are so many other factors that you consider(current trends, if people wont think your cool because you listen to "80's" music)

in other words your a tool...

I dont think anyone can call themselves transformers fans and hate this song. The two go hand in hand

  • awsome song even though i never seen any of the g1 transformer episodes. anyway awsome transformers rule

  • what the hell was michael bay thinkin......he should have included this song SOMEWHERE in the movie. even the end credits. that would have been good enough.

nothing is more "transformers" than this song

  • This was awesome

  • The part of the video in 0:21-0:22, where Optimus does a 180 degree turn, what the fuck?! That was quite some driving in a Big Rig

  • I did that once.

  • Pause the video at 0:11 and see the camera car reflected in Optimus!!!hehe

  • thats funny, never noticed that, and i always see mistakes in movies like that. thanks

  • DOPE!

  • Man... they totally needed this... i hate movies nowadays.. they miss the life that they had back in the days=]

  • ya the old movies rule the new mivies not so good

  • i would love to see Unicron in one of the Transformers sequels!!!

    OOOH! or the Quintessons!

  • Dude, they should use Stan Bush's song in the second one (live action one), because they didn't use it in the first one

  • I didnt know that the Transformers could sing Rock and or roll =)

  • The new one was a bit too flashy and also terribly cheesey at some points, bumblubee just hides in the cartoons not good for anything except carrying some people.

  • You know I was thinking wouldn't it be hilarious if Megatron still transformed into the gun like in the original cartoon. Even if he transformed into the Cannon like galvatron. That would be so funny to see. He's fighting Optimus prime and then he suddenly turns into a gigantic pistol. You know for comic relief. Then he laughs and turns into a cannon and blast someone like Bumblebee (GOld bug) wow I reall didn't like him.

  • Two scenes that would work with this track. the 1st is Autobots descend and the 2nd is the final battle (as previously stated )

  • stan bush's song adds SO MUCH

they should have inlcuded it at the end credits at least.....

  • fuk yea! ^^

  • wow i dont know how to explain this.. when i watched the live action film it was WICKED, but then when i watch this amv with the "the touch" song it just makes me feel like.. wow i feel like im watching the anime but live action :P

  • lol the beginning of this video when you have them driving down the road just reminds me of a toyota commercial

  • This song would've made the fight scene more bearable to watch.

  • they're so fukin retarded. They should have at least included this song at the end credits of the movie last year. The song is classic and defined the original movie.

but this clips is sweet, nice job man, and thanx for the post

  • this potimus of future?

  • Hey man, This is actually pretty good. (though I could have done w/o the last 5 seconds) Saw the animated movie in theaters when I was 10, and this is a great mash-up.

  • um WTF

  • um WTF

  • I wish they put this song in Transformers 2 next year

  • That is what I have said on another video regarding this song!

  • BREKING NEWS shockwave in tf classics 2.5????? come check my page to see PICS

  • wot is your site

  • Transformers is tight, the movie is great.

  • probably

  • I don't know why but this song always makes me cry

  • maybe because of the 1987 Transformers movie?

This was the last song played when Optimus Prime dies.

  • No it was played when he rolled into battle and it was 86

  • Makes me cry too, it's just a really emotional song, and I agree with lbtiamat (except the 1987 thing).

  • prime: bumble bee, stop lubricating the man:)

    oh poor john tutturo;)

  • i hope they have an rid like magnus in movie 2 thatd be sweet

  • I really hope that Wheeljack, Perceptor and Omega Supreme will be considered for the sequel. . . .PLEASE LET IT BE!

  • I heard about the dino-bots being in it.

  • I heard about the dino-bots being in it.

  • the dinobots will not be in it. that's what Michael Bay said. sorry!

  • Awesome vid. The song fits perfectly. I hope they have Ramjet in the next film. Also I hope they have a fight scene that is reminisc of the famous Sherman dam scene in Arival from Cybertron.

Prime: You destroy everything you touch Megatron."

Megatron: That's because everything I Touch is fuel for my hunger, my hunger for power.

  • Prime: No! I'm going to end your hunger once and for all

Megatron: Almost Prime. But almost doesn't get the job done!

  • Prime: You're old, yesterdays news ready for the scrapheap. Junk, thats what you are junk.

How about this classic scene then.

    Prime : We've been had.

Megatron: That's right Prime, did you really think you could fool me by allowing Ravage to escape, did you? While you and the other Autobots have been fighting a bunch of loose screws the 'real' Decepticons have been at the 'real' rocketbase.

  • Yep, that's definately a classic, what about this:

    Megatron: Any last words?!?!?!

Prime: None you'd want to hear Megatron!!!!

    or

    Prime: MMMMEEEEEEEEEGGGAAAAAATTTRRRRRRROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONNNNNNNN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Yes both are awesome.

Prime: I know you were anctious to get back to Cyberton, but at least you could've waited for us.

Mirage :Sorry Prime, the ship was full.

    lol

  • Oh boy, we could be here for ages quoting so many great quotes...

    From "A Prime Target":

Megatron: Whoever he is, he's brilliant for a flesh creature.

Starscream: Especially since he's done more in two days than you have in two years...

good old Chris Latta, god rest his soul, as expected of Starscream...

  • Yes we should. Like this.

Megatron :You couldn't lead androids to a picnic. How can you pretend to lead the Decepticons?

I know a lot of mine are from "Arrival" but there's just so many great ones in that episode.

I love Chris latta too. He was the one and only Starscream. In the movie Galvatron asked "would anyone else attempt to fill his shoes?" And no one can, not Starscream's nor Chris Latta's.

  • As I remember he did Wheeljack's voice too, He was my favourite character, and they killed him in the 86 film :(

    Last one for me:

Prime: Just remember there's a fine line between being a hero, and being a memory...

  • Ok then, I'll sign off by saying

Starscream :How do you feel mighty Megatron?

    Megatron: Wait, I still function.

    Starscream: Wanna bet?

  • Ummm, those lines are in two different parts of the movie. Just thought I'd point it out!

  • Oh my god! really? I'm so glad you pointed that out. I never would've realized.

"Oh how it pains me to do this"

"Your bargaining postures are highly dubious"

Oh bollocks, I've gone and done it again haven't I?

  • And I swear to god!! Scorpinok is a dork!!! Like the Beast Wars version. Dear Primus help us all.

  • Stan Bush = great, Transformers = super, the film was good, but it was not the real "TRANSFORMERS"

  • What do u mean "REAL" Transformers !? how is the 80s one more REAL !?

  • because the 80s one was a Transformers movie not a awkward teen romance film guest starting the Transformers

  • It was a 150 mil movie with 12 Transforming robots. Don't think most ppl realise how CHEAP that movie was compared to say "PIRATES [250 mil] and Spider-man 3 [270+] mil. Would you much rather they showed the TFs talking more than the action scenes !? The teen story is what made it accesible to the general public who didn't CARE abt the Robots. They needed something grounded on Earth to move thm to that Fantasy story. That's why they make good movies n the ones who cant... complain.

  • I never said it was a bad movie, just not a pure Transformers movie like the 80s one was. That's what made it "less real"

  • Exactly. Unfotunatly, the Animated movie was made so that Hasbro could kill off all the old characters so they could make new toys.

  • I just wish Michael Bay had agreed to include this song in the movie, even if it was played in the end credits. It would've given everyone in the cinema goose pimples. Apart from that, great film, looking forward to the sequel. Would be nice if they included Hot rod, maybe alternate mode being the veyron?
