It's definately fake, others have traced the domain. It is hosted in Canada (also where silicon knights is) and wasn't created until this year. In Part 2 they show a magazine article in Popular Technology. They do well to make it look like popular mechanics. But there is no such magazine as Populer Technology.

This could be one of those too good to be true kinda things, but then again... if this is true, maybe it's not so good.
