i wanna ask something..before 2 years i broke my right hand and when i try to do exercises like 3:05 i really get hurt.. what to do?? try to do them or just skip them ?

@ENOIDI have you ever tried placing a small ball like 6" between your legs close to the groin to help you really focus on that area?? Also make sure you having good pilates form which means slightly tucking your tailbone and visualizing your ribs connecting to your hip bones without letting your shoulders come forward too much. It's really takes practice and sometimes doing the exercises much slower and with more control helps the muscles condition more effectively.
