  • I have been working out for about 3 years but I have never really focused on my arms (even though they are my weakest part of my body) but now I am so happy I found this video! I feel the shake soo bad in my arms, but I already feel an improvement, and I have probably done this video about 8 times. Thanks so much ! :)

  • I can't believe I had missed this one Cassey. I do all your videos all the time but had never seen this one. I enjoyed it! Loved the arms exercises, but quite challenging for me, My arms are my weakest point!!!

  • wow, even though I have to say I workout a lot, this was def a challenge. I had to stop a couple of times during the triceps since push-ups/planks have always been my weak spots. great video!

  • I'm doing this 3 times a week and this is my third and it is getting easier! The abs are easy for me but the arms are challenging! I have never worked out my triceps! Only biceps! I am also doing your runners legs workout

  • i love your videos. im planning on doing the workouts as soon as i have time, which will be next week.i have a question, does pilates make you lose weight and tone? im currently 215 pounds, how much calories would i be burning if i did pilates for an hour? and my last question is can you make a workout that can slim down my inner theighs?

  • Hi! I am in good shape and i have being working out with your videos for about 4 months now and i can see the difference, the thing is that it doesn´t matter how much i work, my lower abs are still not flat, any advice?

  • @ENOIDI have you ever tried placing a small ball like 6" between your legs close to the groin to help you really focus on that area?? Also make sure you having good pilates form which means slightly tucking your tailbone and visualizing your ribs connecting to your hip bones without letting your shoulders come forward too much. It's really takes practice and sometimes doing the exercises much slower and with more control helps the muscles condition more effectively.
