  • thats right, blues is through the heart...and the mind will follow...

  • Young David Gilmour

  • Gilmour , bloody genius, anything from feet on the ground blues to space rock

  • Awesome!!!!

  • This is actually titled "Love Scene ( Version 6 ) " from bonus disc 1997 release. Great upload keszekuc. Thanks from all us Floyd fans. We miss you Syd and Rick

  • Comment removed

  • I also want to know the key of this song...

  • i feel like a stone, rolling and rolling

  • this is so gilmour! Just wonderful this track! Never heard it before

  • oohhhhh baby thats nice

  • love it. rather surprising stuff

  • Dave's roots are in the Blues, from Blues Master to Space Master. Full Circle. David Gimore is Superior in many ways. RIP Sir Richard Wright, beautiful blues accompaniment on piano.

  • Why did Pink Floyd have to be the most amazing group ever?

  • @MarleyAmphetamine someone had to do it, bro

  • jerry garcia also worked on this film

  • the sultry intonations of the verbose scene is only exemplified by the choral appregrioa stratus's of the blues reverberant strum line rythmn

  • well, other than your misuse of the words "verbose" and "exemplified," i guess i agree.

  • @MORPHEOUSAWAKEN eat a dictionary for breakfast?

  • is this on the 2nd disc of the soundtrack?

  • I don't understand your surprise...This is the David Gilmour style...he always played like this....atom heart mother solo, for example... here he plays a jam of pure blues, but his style is the same in every Pink Floyd song.

  • Yeah it's very bad that songs like this are unknown for many people, because they are so wonderfull.I always admired Pinf Floyd for their versatilitty(beside progressive):hard rock,blues,oriental...Man,they really have a way with blues! And Gilmour it's just magnificent on guitar here. Also the piano from Rick(RIP)just sents you to another world

  • Most people don't know, or forget, that Pink Floyd is, at the very root of it, a blues band. That's how they started out, and despite the psychedelia, there are tunes like this one that are basically blues. However even Dark Side of the Moon and Wish You Were Here are blues-based.

  • Exactly! In fact it is the blues roots that distinguish them from other prog rock bands who all sound quite similar. Pink Floyd are unique.

  • You do not need tabs to play blues...

You only need heart and passion

  • Right, right, right!

  • @LifebloodProject but I need this girl

  • Wow Hat off :) !!!

  • oh dear, need some tabs,

  • @zibiKamil Hahaha, just learn the scale and solo along right with Dave. You need no tabs.

  • The movie in 1970 made it perfect!Antonioni 4 ever, or as emmylou called it: Michelangelo....

    Love,

    the blue thistle

  • This is called Love scene number 6 in the Zabriskie movie..

  • I had a chance to buy this album. But I bought "More" instead. Now I can't find this anywhere.

  • Never heard of this song till hearing the live version. Very good song.

  • some tasty playin from david there!

  • One of my favourite floyd tracks. It's unfortunate that gems like this are relatively unknown.
