Snow performance water-methanol injection

i was thinking of adding this to get more "fuel" and the fuel being the methanol in the mix.. adding the water would surpess knock.. and lower EGTs.

but seems like its only making us able to run more diesel by lowering the egts so we safely can inject more diesel..

wanted a 2nd fuel for my nitrous! -(

it doesnt just give power, u may get a little from cooler charge temps but u need a retune to lean it out for the extra power gain

Don't do meth do alchohol as methanol is corrosive.

No metyhl alcohol (wood alcohol/methanol) and denatured alcohol are not the same.

@M50SNIPER well yes it is.. apart from denatured alcohol is methanol mixed with a bad flavor to keep people from drinking it..

i tried today this water injection on my 2.0 tdiesel intercooled galant, but i do not notice more power, i installed after the turbo before the ic, and i used 50\50 water and meth, but i do not notice anything. do i doing something wrong?

What nozzle do you have installed? Maybe you must try larger ..

im using a costum made nozzle, it gives 300ml for 1 minute!

inject after the IC. That will allow yhe charge to loose as much heat as possible in the IC then cool off some more through evaporation. if you drop the temp before the IC then the IC doesn't do whole a lot. Then increase the boost, increase fueling=more power
