People need to see for themselves who the real feminst groups really are.. and who are the ones just simply taking anything and making women the victims and man the bastads.. Women's ego are simply getting too big nowadays just coz they were victims in the past.

I supported the notion that these wonem groups do not need to come to aid every women on whatever they do or say.
Why? Coz many feminist groups are now being seen as fake... hitting on anything or anyone who is against what any single woman has said or done. They have bigger fish to fry like the right to education blah blah.. just an example if it was in the past.. and not trying to fight for women on every issues..

I love it! Bill smashed these morons. They had no defense of their actions and Megans only defense was to do that cocky laugh which just made her look stupid. Miss California was beaten down for her honest opinion, and nobody stepped in to help her, despite their so called "intentions" that are supposed to respect others and help those being attacked. Bill is right. These 'Feminists' & the ACLU are suppose to be all about free speech & equal rights. Yet, they show no support whatsoever for Carrie Prejean & others like her. This example alone should be enough to cause people to doubt their true intentions. Why can't supporters of the ACLU & feminism see right through all that; or, is it that they do but just don't care? It seems pretty simple to me.

It is people's fault for not taking Obama to task enough, I agree with that. I would have no problem with someone calling Obama out on that. It's not the expression of the idea that should be quelled or rebutted, it's the idea itself, that's the point of debate.

Fair enough. At least you don't seem to be partisan on the issue. I personally don't have a problem with gay people getting married. But I think this issue has been trumped up by both sides. As far as Carrie, I am not going to defend her playing the victim or her referring to it as being "biblically correct". But the question should not have been asked in the first place. Politically hot issues and beauty pageants don't mix. Still, these feminists are hypocrites.

Women rights activists or the gay community are not fighting for people that say stupid things, but they are fighting for their right to say it, and no one stopped her from saying it and it's equal rights for people to be criticised for their points of view. Carrie is playing this big pathetic martyr card. Everyone has a right to criticise the speech of others, everyone. No one has the right to shut her up, no one has. Just cos she's a woman? You are stupid. Carrie expressed her opinion on gay marriage, the same opinion held by our president Barack Obama and over half the country. How was that dumb? Feminist groups are a bunch of hypocrites. Reverse it. Imagine a democrat women coming out in support of gay marriage and being called filthy names by republicans.
