It would be nice to see a good Firion player against a good Emperor player. Com did not use Firion's shield so the match was a little uneven. Actually, com Firion kinda sucks compared to the com of other characters. I also see that the Emperor really needs the dodge to be effective. I play Emperor (and Firion) too, but my right shoulder button is broken.
Awesome fight! I loved how you used the ceiling to your advantage to stay out of Firion's range while you charged Starfall, and you made full usage of all the Emperor's moves. Great strategy playing there!
This has to be the best Emperor vid that i have seen so far. It looks like you really new what to there at times. Also you hung on for so long at low health.
I hate emperor's playstyle... it's too cowardly for my taste, but u still play it very well, though the meteor wasn't very well managed by firion, everytime I see emperor just starting to get his helmet on I just rush to him like mad, it just takes too long to prepare.
Interesting how it the music is the final battle music against the emperor's devilish form, and yet he isn't in that form in this video

This might be a dumb question but how do you fly toward the EX cores like at 0:40... I have seen enemies do it but I haven't figured it out...

when the top left corner says "EX core is in play"
press L and then hold R then hold triangle you can do the same with the character you are fighting by holding R and triangle

It's not being cowardly. It's called evasive maneuvers. You can also be offensive with Mateus if you play him correctly.
